Michael Hagen is the Founder and Managing Principal of Axxis Real Estate LLC, an independent commercial real estate advisory firm serving investors, landlords, tenants, sellers, and end-users throughout the Greater New York Area. He specializes in investment sales, as well as office and industrial sales and leasing, advising clients on acquisition, disposition, occupancy, and real estate strategy across a broad range of property types.

With more than twenty years of commercial real estate experience, Michael has represented clients in transactions involving industrial and loft buildings, office properties, multifamily and mixed-use assets, new developments, and NNN retail investments. Prior to and alongside building Axxis Real Estate, he gained experience at prominent firms including Eastern Consolidated and Newmark Knight Frank, providing him with exposure to institutional practices while maintaining the entrepreneurial mindset of an independent advisor.

Michael is known for combining market knowledge, negotiation, and technology to help clients make informed real estate decisions. He places a strong emphasis on understanding each client’s objectives, providing transparent market insight, and developing practical strategies tailored to their investment or occupancy goals. He is a hands-on advocate throughout the transaction process, focused on execution, communication, and problem-solving.
