RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market research
Conduct cold calls and door to door canvassing to obtain market information and generate new business
Self-starter, confident and assertive
Analyze data to prepare market reports and understand values and trends
Develop marketing plans for Investment properties
Attend meetings and building tours with potential investors
Participate in contract negotiations and client due diligence processes
Develop a personal brand as an industry expert
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
New York State Salesperson or Associate Broker License
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
Must have at least 2 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Strong written, communication and follow-up skills
