Michael Hagen is the Founder and Managing Principal of Axxis Real Estate LLC, a commercial real estate advisory firm serving Long Island and the New York City market. For more than 25 years, he has advised investors, property owners, landlords, tenants, and owner-users in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate.

His practice focuses on commercial real estate investment sales, owner-user acquisitions, and the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties. Whether representing an investor in the sale of an asset, advising a property owner on the positioning and marketing of a property, or helping a business acquire or lease the right facility, Michael provides strategic guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process.

Michael believes successful commercial real estate decisions begin with objective advice, market intelligence, and disciplined analysis. He combines market expertise, negotiation, and technology to help clients make informed real estate decisions. Prior to founding Axxis Real Estate, Michael held brokerage positions with several respected commercial real estate firms, including Newmark Knight Frank and Eastern Consolidated, where he gained experience representing investors, property owners, landlords, corporate tenants, and owner-users across a broad range of commercial property types and transaction structures.
